President Trump has had another hard week when it comes to liberal attacks. It all started when Trump went to Alabama to hold a rally. Everyone thought that this was going to be just another rally. But it was far from anything like that. Trump made some comments about how he felt about the NFL and their protests.
He made it clear that the kneeling part of the protests are simply unacceptable. And he has kept to that. He originally made the comments along the lines of something like this:
“We’re proud of our country. We respect our flag. Wouldn’t you love to see one of our NFL owners when someone disrespects our flag to say, ‘Get that son of a b***h off the field right now … he’s fired!’”
People did not like these comments and have attacked him for it ever since. He received widespread backlash for the way he responded to the situation.
“The NFL and our players are at our best when we help create a sense of unity in our country and our culture,” the NFL said in a statement. “There is no better example than the amazing response from our clubs and players to the terrible natural disasters we’ve experienced over the last month. Divisive comments like these demonstrate an unfortunate lack of respect for the NFL, our great game and all of our players, and a failure to understand the overwhelming force for good our clubs and players represent in our communities.”
Sports fans should never condone players that do not stand proud for their National Anthem or their Country. NFL should change policy!

But that does not make the protests of today any less disrespectful. The fact that the players continue to think that this is okay. We need to come together as a nation to ensure the fact that these protests will not continue.
To do that, we must boycott the NFL in its entirety. That is the only way we will see change.
What do you think of Trump’s response?
